Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through HMA VPN.

1. Digital Services

Because our products are digital services and access may be provisioned quickly after purchase, refunds are generally limited once service delivery or account issuance has started, unless required by law.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

  • duplicate payments;
  • accidental double charge;
  • service not delivered after payment approval;
  • material technical issue caused by our side and not resolved within a reasonable time;
  • other situations where a refund is required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • change of mind after service delivery or account issuance;
  • incorrect purchase of the wrong plan by the customer;
  • service issues caused by unsupported devices, blocked networks, or user-side configuration errors where the service itself works;
  • violations of our Terms of Service or abuse of the network.

4. Manual Payment Orders

If you pay manually and the order has not yet been approved or provisioned, we may review cancellation or refund requests case by case.

5. Paddle Purchases

If your order is processed through Paddle, Paddle’s checkout and buyer terms may also apply. If our refund policy for a product differs, this page is intended to disclose that policy clearly before purchase.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at admin@hmacreation.com with your order number, payment email, purchase date, and the reason for your request.

7. Review Period

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

8. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, repeated misuse, or violation of our Terms.
